Case Veritas was founded by Dr. Andrew Tisser, DO MBA, and Gina Marra, RN LCSW LNC CLCP, to bring clinical rigor and legal insight together at the earliest stage of case evaluation.
After years of working with attorneys on high-stakes medical-legal matters, we recognized a consistent problem: cases were moving to expert retention before the fundamental clinical questions had been answered. The result was wasted cost, delayed strategy, and cases that unraveled later.

With our dual-clinician process, your case is assessed independently by two clinicians, a board-certified Emergency Physician and a licensed Legal Nurse Consultant, before either has discussed their findings. Each brings a distinct clinical lens. Each surfaces issues the other may not catch alone.
Only after independent analysis do we convene, reconcile our findings, and deliver one unified recommendation. No anchoring. No groupthink. One clear answer you can build strategy around.
Both clinicians review separately, with no shared findings until analysis is complete.
