Do your reviewers testify?
No. Case Veritas does not testify on cases it screens. This creates a firewall between early case screening and expert witness testimony.

What types of cases do you review?

Standard turnaround is 5 business days.
What does it cost?
Case screening is offered at a flat rate.
Is this an expert opinion?
No. Case Veritas provides early medical case screening. We do not replace a retained testifying expert.
Do you offer life care planning?
Yes. Case Veritas offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary life care plans as an ancillary service, developed with a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) and a board-certified physician. We prepare them on a case-by-case basis. Email us to discuss your case.
What is a life care plan?
A life care plan is a comprehensive, evidence-based document that projects the future medical and non-medical needs of a catastrophically injured person over their lifetime and assigns a defensible cost to each need. It is the foundation of the future damages claim in catastrophic injury and nursing home litigation.
What cases benefit from a life care plan?
